Soundlaunch Terms of Service

Welcome to Soundlaunch.com ("Soundlaunch," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soundlaunch website, applications, services, content, and features (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1 Eligibility
Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Soundlaunch. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Platform only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. By using the Platform, you confirm you can legally enter this agreement and that your information is accurate.
2 User Accounts
To use some features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity on your account, and for keeping your account information accurate. Soundlaunch may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in suspicious or unlawful activity.
3 User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (music, audio, artwork, videos, images, profile info, comments, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Soundlaunch a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, stream, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, market, and share your content to operate, improve, and promote the Platform. This license ends when your content is removed, except where content has been shared by others, archived for legal/security reasons, or retained as required by law.
4 Copyright and Intellectual Property / DMCA
Only upload content you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload copyrighted music, unauthorized remixes/samples, trademark infringing materials, or other content that violates IP laws. Soundlaunch complies with the U.S. DMCA. If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice including your contact info, a description of the work, the exact URL of the alleged infringing material, a good faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury. Soundlaunch may remove allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
5 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate laws or regulations.
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others.
- Upload fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
- Artificially manipulate streams, plays, likes, followers, rankings, or engagement.
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without authorization.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Upload obscene, hateful, violent, or unlawful content.
- Use the Platform for spam or unauthorized advertising.
Soundlaunch may investigate and take action for violations, including content removal and account restrictions.
6 Premium Services and Payments
Some features require paid subscriptions or purchases. Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before renewal. Prices may change with notice. Payments are generally non refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of premium features.
7 Promotions, Advertising, and Third Party Content
Soundlaunch may display advertisements, sponsored content, promotions, or links to third party services. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ads and promotions. Soundlaunch does not control or endorse third party sites or content and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or policies. Users access third party services at their own risk.
8 Account Suspension and Termination
Soundlaunch may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or refuse service for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable laws, IP rights, or community standards. Enforcement may occur without prior notice.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Soundlaunch makes no warranties—express or implied—about availability, error free operation, security, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soundlaunch and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, reputation damage, or legal disputes arising from use of the Platform, user content, third party conduct, service interruptions, or unauthorized access. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.
11 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Soundlaunch and its affiliates harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from your content, your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others' rights.
12 Privacy
Your use of Soundlaunch is governed by the Privacy Policy (see below). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
13 Changes to These Terms
Soundlaunch may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Soundlaunch Community Guidelines
Effective Date: May 27, 2026
Soundlaunch aims to keep the community respectful, creative, and safe. These guidelines supplement the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Key expectations
Respect others. Communicate professionally and support artistic expression. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, and abusive behavior are prohibited.
Upload only what you have rights to
Only post content you own or are authorized to use. Repeated infringement may lead to removal or termination.
No illegal or harmful content
Do not post content that promotes violence, criminal activity, terrorism, fraud, or exploits minors.
No hate speech or harassment
Attacks based on protected characteristics are prohibited. Constructive criticism is allowed.
No spam or manipulation
Do not send mass unsolicited messages or artificially inflate engagement with bots or fake accounts.
Advertising rules
Ads must be truthful, lawful, and not misleading. Unauthorized spam advertising may be removed.
Mature content
Some mature artistic content may be allowed, but excessively graphic, pornographic, or exploitative content is prohibited.
Security rules
Do not attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security, or distribute malware. Violations may lead to termination and legal action.
Reporting and enforcement
Report violations via support channels. Soundlaunch may remove content, warn users, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts. Enforcement decisions may be made without prior notice.
Community values
Encourage collaboration, promote original work, and support independent artists.
Soundlaunch may update these Guidelines; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Third Party Content Disclaimer
Soundlaunch may include user generated content, third party links, ads, embedded media, and integrations. Soundlaunch does not own, control, endorse, or verify third party content and makes no warranties about its accuracy, legality, reliability, safety, or quality. Users access third party content at their own risk and should review third party terms and privacy policies. Soundlaunch is not liable for damages or disputes arising from third party content or links.

3 Sharing of Information
- With other users: Certain profile info and uploaded content may be publicly visible (usernames, artist profiles, songs, comments, profile images).
- With service providers: We share data with vendors for payment processing, hosting, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, support, and security; they use data only to perform services for Soundlaunch.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information to comply with laws, respond to subpoenas, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce Terms.

4 User Content and Public Information
Content you upload may be publicly accessible and shared by others. Soundlaunch cannot guarantee complete removal of publicly redistributed content.

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their account credentials.
6 Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if discovered, we may remove the info and terminate the account.
